Refund policy

Our return policy lasts for 14 days from the date of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will promptly assess the issue and take appropriate measures to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: We do not accept returns for used items. For questions or concerns about specific items, please reach out to us. Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: For a faster resolution, return the item you have, and upon acceptance, make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
